I facilitate group-based health coaching and also work one-on-one with clients who seek to improve their health, and will meet you where you are to set you up for success.

We’ll start by clarifying your goals - whether it’s sleeping better, reducing anxiety and releasing stress, eating healthier for your physiology, recovering from Lyme disease, or simply improving how you feel physically and mentally on a day-to-day basis.

Keeping your goals front and center, I’ll draw from the science-backed modalities that have made a significant impact on my health and that of the rest of my clients.
